About these terms
These terms apply to fracad.com and FRACAD programs run by FRACAD Fundraising Academy. [Legal entity name and address to be confirmed.] By using the site you agree to them.
Free tools
The Grant Readiness Score, Due Diligence Assessment and Funder Fit Scorer give general guidance based on your answers. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Check requirements with the relevant authority or a professional.
No guarantee of funding
Funders make the final decision on every grant. FRACAD does not guarantee that you will win any grant, award or investment.
Programs and access
Quickstart includes 1 year of access and Intensive includes 2 years of access from enrolment. Access is personal to you. Each account allows one active session at a time. You may not share your login or download, record or redistribute course content.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in Naira or US Dollars and exclude VAT and processing fees where applicable. Payments are processed by Paystack or Stripe. We do not process refunds; payments can be applied to any other FRACAD service. [Refund wording to be confirmed by Blessing.]
Intellectual property
All course videos, templates, trackers and materials belong to FRACAD. You may use templates for your own organisation's applications, but not resell or publish them.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, keep your login safe and use the site lawfully.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, FRACAD is not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you or any funder make based on our tools or programs.
